With over 35 years of residential construction experience, I bring a deep understanding of how homes are built and how they perform over time. I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Building Surveying and have extensive hands‑on experience in residential building, architectural design, and council building inspections. This combination of practical and regulatory knowledge allows me to deliver inspections that are accurate, informed, and aligned with industry standards.
